Jai Bharat Pre-primary and New Jai Hind Primary School offered English Medium Montessori Education for students aged 2 ½ till 12 years of age.

A range extra curricular activities and after class activities were also provided ranging from yoga, dance [folk, western and Indian], arts, crafts. Evening classes were also provided for students who wished to strengthen their maths, reading, grammar, writing or dance, arts, crafts, music etc. During holidays as well extracurricular classes were provided for students.

Virbalaben Dalal was a Montessori trained teacher, and she believed that along with teaching children in an English medium school, it was important for children to understand our Indian culture and heritage and to be proud of it.

She ensured that children whilst learning English, were able to celebrate all our Hindu festivals, and had a good understanding of these festivals, as well as learnt our culture, and valued our traditions and structures. She was a firm believer of Gandhian values, particularly as Mahatma Gandhi himself studied and grew up in Rajkot.
